I am Franco Di Carlo, known as Foto Franco in Teramo, and for more than thirty years my main commitment has been to tell weddings with sensitivity and professionalism. I began as a photography enthusiast in 1977 and since 1987 I have devoted myself to wedding assignments: this long trajectory has given me technical mastery (from analog to digital photography) and the ability to interpret every ceremony as a unique story to be told. My wedding photography focuses on emotional reportage: I favor a discreet, documentary approach that captures glances, gestures and spontaneous details without forcing poses. I believe the role of the wedding photographer is to preserve the true emotions of the 'I do' day, offering images that remain authentic over time. I also enjoy experimenting with infrared black-and-white and night photography—elements that can add artistic character and atmosphere to the visual narrative. I work in Teramo and throughout Abruzzo with deep knowledge of the area and its moods, a quality that helps to enhance venues, churches and local receptions. My method is relationship-based: I listen to the couple, respect their timing and move with discretion to blend naturally into the day, from preparations through the most spontaneous moments of the celebration. Technology and experience allow me to guarantee images cared for both aesthetically and technically, the result of years of fieldwork. In addition to wedding photography, I produce video recordings and photographic art projects, which can enrich the offering when desired by couples.
